Sephora Prisma Chrome Eye Shadow in Flash Dance

With its bold rich colour and unique flowy design, it's hard to resist this new eyeshadow from Sephora. Released not too long ago, this Sephora Prisma Chroma Eye Shadow in Flash Dance is striking in its sleek packaging and can be purchased both online and in store for $18.00 CAD.

I like the shape of the packaging. It's a nice compact square but the outside gets scratched very easily.

I read some reviews about people not being able to get this eyeshadow to apply nicely. I think the reason is because although this eyeshadow swatches great, it applies differently when using a brush. Applying a primer or cream base will drastically change the application of this eyeshadow which is something I do anyways because my eyelids are prone to creasing.

There are only a couple of colours available, this one being the only one I was interested in.

If you're looking for a bold and shimmery but neutral eyeshadow, I'd definitely recommend this!

New Review Series!

As my E.L.F. Review Series comes to a close, I'm starting a new series all about eyeshadows that I have recently purchased (from brands other than E.L.F.) and they will begin today and alternate between my last E.L.F. posts and posts about other products.

I'll be reviewing different types of eyeshadows, from singles to trios and larger palettes, cream eyeshadows, baked eyeshadows, marble, matte, pigments and more! They will be from drug store brands, high-end brands and stores on Etsy.

I hope that my reviews of these eyeshadows will encourage you to try different brands and colours or even just to rediscover colours in your collection that you may have forgotten about.
