This is a very rich, dark black with tons of silver sparkle.

Its intensity and richness will surprise you, even though WnW has been continually improving its products.

I love it!

The added sparkle contributes to the resulting fall out when you apply this eyeshadow, but tapping the brush off before applying can reduce the fall out. Because this is such a richly pigmented black, take care when using it because it can get kind of messy!

I like using this either as an eyeliner or to set gel/cream eyeliner. It works wonderfully and can transform any eyeliner!

Wet n Wild Mega Last Lip Colors

L-R: Coral-Line, Cherry Picking, In the Flesh

At roughly $2.85 CAD, these are a steal. I got these at WalMart on a whim as I wanted to try bright lip colours, but didn't want to spend a lot of money in case it didn't work out. I chose a bright berry red, a coral and a dusty rose colour.

These are matte lipsticks that are soft and rich in colour. I can't believe they were under $3 each and I think I'll get some more. However, I discovered that I'm not really into bright colours as In the Flesh is my favourite of the three. Using the other two lightly gives a hint of colour, which I like.

As they are matte finish, they can be drying, and so applying a thin layer of lip balm before can help keep your lips moisturized.

If you're looking for inexpensive lip colours with a wide range of shades, give Wet n Wild a try. If you don't have access to Wet n Wild products, a good dupe for these are the E.L.F. Studio Matte Lip Colors which are $3 each and available online.

Wet n Wild Color Icon Palette (6 pan)

These aren't new, but incase you haven't heard of them, they are some of the best drugstore eyeshadows available!

They're about $5 CAD/USD and come in 4 sets.

The three colours on the left of each palette are all matte, and on the right they are all shimmery.

These are simply amazing! They wear very well and will last a long time over a primer. They are very pigmented, affordable and with the exception of the shimmery colours in the Greed palette, every single colour is great! The three colours in Greed on the shimmery side are more frosty and have some glitter. They're not as pigmented as the rest but the matte colours on the other side more than make up for it.

Wet n Wild Color Icon Eyeshadow Collection (8 Pan)

I'm sure the majority of you have these or have seen them before, but I figured I would post a review and swatches of them just in case someone hasn't! I'm not sure if these are as popular in Canada as they are in the US, but whenever I see them in stores, they're almost always fully stocked.

I heard about these palettes before they were released in Canada, so I purchased two of them in the US and bought one on Ebay. They finally came to Canada a few months after, which I would have waited for had I known they were coming.

You can purchase these for about $5 at WalMart (US and Canada).

These palettes come with a mix of matte, shimmery and glittery eyeshadows. The quality of these eyeshadows is amazing for the price, but I would say that of the three, I wouldn't repurchase Blue Had Me at Hello. The quality of the eyeshadows in the blue palette aren't as good as the rest, as you can see in the swatches. It comes with a matte black and a shimmery black and although the matte one is all right, the shimmery one is terrible.

Comfort Zone is a dupe for the Kat Von D True Romance Eyeshadow in Ludwig. It's 1/10th of the price of the Kat Von D palette and half of the Comfort Zone colours are almost exactly the same!

The third, fourth, sixth and seventh eyeshadows are dupes for some colours in the Comfort Zone palette.

I think it's useful that the eyeshadows are imprinted with the name of the location on the eye where they could be placed on, but of course, you aren't limited to their suggestions.

I would definitely recommend these 8 pan Wet n Wild palettes. If you're not really into bright colours but would like to try some out, these palettes are great to experiment with because they are so inexpensive and widely available.
